Cannot describe how upset I am - it's now 28December and I still have not received the hairdryer ordered which was for a Christmas present for my daughter!!
Despite calling Look fantastic prior to placing order to ensure I would receive the next day service even though It was to be delivered outside UK - was assured by the operator that yes it definitely would.... of course not true. I told him I could have it delivered to a UK address and the person could bring it over for me - but again was assured no it was fine. Then when I emailed to complain when I realised was not going to be here I got a standard response which totally ignored my question - so I had to call - all these calls long distance for me.... then I got an apology but told nothing they could do about it. Now my daughter was without her Christmas present but worse still she has now returned to Dubai, where she lives and I cannot - when it does eventually arrive - get it to her!!
It's now 2nd January and today a package arrived - NOT- my GHD Hairdryer but a bottle of nail polish!! What the heck is going on - trying to contact customer service is a joke - have paid by paypal so going to see if get any joy from them now.
Can anyone advise if they have had any luck with complaints made directly to paypal, in order to get a refund? Thanks
