No Show!

designed it, paid for it, chased it up but havent actually spoken to this company over the phone. Order never arrived for xmas despite ordering on 4th Dec. Website said dispatched on 20th Dec so assumed i would receive order for xmas in plenty of time.
Still waiting 28th Decemeber and no answers on the phone. POOR POOR POOR AVOID!
