My second order with MyProtein, was happy with previous experience. Ordered some Banana flavored protein, but received Banoffee instead. Apparently the person who was fulfilling my order read the first three letters and assumed it was the right flavor.
The taste is not bad, but it is not exactly what I ordered, and that pisses me off somewhat. I've opened the protein pouch before checking the flavor, so I did not bother getting in touch with customer services to sort this out.
I will order one more time, if they mess up my order I will take my business elsewhere and I will make sure my friends stay away as well.
