Trophy Store

Highly Recommended Excellent From Start To Finish

I have no hesitation in recommending The Trophy Store from the moment I called everything was straight forward, easy and accurate. All time schedules were met either on time or exceeded and The Trophy Store used DPD as courier and they delivered minutes before the start of their 1 hour time slot.
The quality of the trophy was excellent, engraving was faultless and with the delivery on time our club was able to make a wholly unexpected presentation at our AGM and everyone involved was totally satisfied. The cost was reasonable too.
To all at The Trophy Store - a BIG THANK YOU!
As our club grows, we will certainly look to The Trophy Store to supply further trophies.


Dreadful and Disrespectful

Having been asked to write a review of a recent transaction by a trusted first-class retailer I reluctantly tried to log into this company web site [I rarely use "review companies] - I was unable to log in and requested a new password which failed to arrive after several hours and so I gave up totally frustrated. The following morning I got the said email with new password and an extremely cheeky and disrespectful comment from this company as follows - "By the way, they say vitamin B does wonders for your memory ;)" Had it been from someone I knew that would have been taken as a light hearten piece of banter but from a company looking to solicit comments from people, personally I find it grossly offensive! Somewhat akin to me walking up to a stranger in the street and telling them that they are ugly or that they smell !!
Sorry "TRUST Pilot" - you've crash landed & burned. Never again.

Having just seen their TV advert, I thought I'd try and see what deals they could offer. Regrettably the site crashed. I wondered if this might be because of my rural location and so entered an old postcode from a centre of town location and it crashed again. I finally checked speed with their checker and it confirmed BT's speed checker.
Not impressed.
