Email received giving one hour time slot. I ensure I'm home...no delivery. Check the DPD website, which still says item out for delivery. Check it again an hour later and the status has changed to 'item refused by recipient'. A lie - they never knocked on the door! No attempt at delivery has been made - no knock, no card. Because the item has been refused I'm unable to rearrange delivery via their website or (so-called) customer services centre, where it was impossible to speak to a human. The website says DPD will have nothing more to do with this order and I must contact the sender for redelivery. I've never encountered such rubbish service.
