I ordered all of my 6 XBOX ONE titles pre-order through these guys and not only did they arrive on day of release, they were also up to £8.00 cheaper than anybody else. In addition I ordered an XBOX ONE console for a friend as I had tried the other primary sites as well and had orders placed with no idea of what was happening and whether I would actually get one. Gameseek were the ONLY company out of all the well known companies to come back to me the same day and credit my payment confirming that I would not get a console for several weeks, although they could not supply one their customer service team communicated this to me, something we all expect or would like anyway but something none of the well knowns achieved. These guys are now the cheapest around, check them out.
I have brought A LOT of products from this site. I initially started using them in the early days as they were growing whereby NEW game prices were very competitive (the good old days). Nowadays there is nowhere near as much margin between them and their competitors (similar situation to when PLAY.COM became popular, their prices went up etc). Around 99% of the time you will get your NEW game on and sometimes before release date, the delivery service is unmatched for free postage in this market (Amazon charge for premium shipments, Zavvi are getting better and their service is free as well, and The Hut take forever (around 3-5 days). General sale items are shipped same day up to 5:30PM, again an awesome service.
My only gripe is their customer service department. Everything is great until there is an issue (I never received Black ops (1st game) through the post and brougt a replacement from a local store after waiting for 2 weeks for nothing). when I called customer service I was told I had to wait 28 days, as a GOLD customer. I also never received my Red Dead Redemption on release date, it never turned up at all either. Companies need to start trusting their customer's, especially GOLD customers that spend a lot of money with them and ship a replacement a head of time. Another weakness of this site is that it does not allow you on the same orders to order a duplicate title, something I complained about to customer service with no action. I gave 4 stars becuase they a typically very good but whereas in the past I chose them for price I am typically these days choosing them because nobody else can get titles to me as quickly.
I order a canvas and 2 x photo mugs. unfortunately the photo mugs were damaged in transit but Orbit's customer service team were fast to act upon my report of the damaged items and swiftly make replacements and send them to me with minimum fuss. A companies strength should be judged by its customer service, in this case Orbit rate very high with me. Thanks.
I purchase from TheHut.com because the website is extremely easy to use and their prices are competitive. As a user for years I also feel that they value their customers by providing great sales offers and discounts, the most recent of which was a Twenty percent discount, I don't recall any other supplier making offers of this nature for complete orders of current product.
