Excellent Customer Service

Our family chose MyHeritage to store critical family information and to facilitate family reunion interaction. We found the site to be quite useful in that effort. What I especially appreciate is the effectiveness and responsiveness of customer service. When I send out questions and requests they get back to me right away. In fact I had a special request for a tool that was not available and they sent me a link to facilitate sending emails to all family site members as a group. This was a temendous help and saved me a lot of time. I was amazed that they went out of there way to do this. I really appreciate them and feel that moving forward, they are a company that cares about their clients and are open to change and enhancements.
