Customer services very very poor and possibly in the wrong job !!

I spent £1986 on a bathroom suite and collected it the next day up on unloading the van it came to light pointed out by plumber that the radiator valves was missing ! I did not think this would be a problem as I still have some more items to collect and I would bring this to light when I come to collect the next lot of items. Upon arrival I explained my situation to the trade counter who told me this was a matter for customer services I phoned customer services while I was there to be shouted and laughed at to the point I recorded this on my phone. I did ask to be contacted by a manager but I am still awaiting this to happen
