I ordered an ironing board on 3rd December and when it eventually arrived on 13th December I found that it was far too heavy for me to manage and requested on the 14th to return it to them. It was collected on 17th December by their courier at my expense. I have spoken on the telephone to them and e-mailed twice and it is now 28th December but still no confirmation that it has been received back at their warehouse. Have been told today 28th December that warehouse is on reduced hours. So what? Must be open at some time since return to acknowledge receipt from their courier. When will I get refund? Goodness knows. Would never order from them again and problem still ongoing.
