Very disappointed delay in receiving my order and when it did arrive incorrect size was sent.

Placed my order on a Thursday and when it came Wednesday my order still had not arrived and no email from 118 so I called them and was advised they were awaiting a delivery and my order should be with me for Monday 24 december, I ponted out that this was Xmas present and he website showed as having these items in stock and that an email/call would have been nice to advise me of the delay as I could have ordered them elsewhere to ensure I had them in time for Christmas. My order arrived Christmas eve however when my husband opened his present on Christmas day the wrong size had been dispatched, to be honest I wonder if 118 had just sent me the nearest size to ensure I had the order intime for Xmas.
