i know it was xmas but delivery disappointing product delicious

Paid for next day delivery on 21st Dec., product did not arrive until 28th. Disapointing, if they could not fulfill, they should not have accepted extra postage costs. They have not replied to my mail regarding this. Will order elswhere in future
