Succulent turkey, crisp roasties and the best Christmas dinner I have cooked ever.

My Dad said at the christmas dinner "this is the nicest turkey he has had in years" and no he wasn't just being polite he meant it, everyone else, we had 8 for Christmas dinner, thought it was moist and tender as well! was it my cooking, I hope so but I have to say thankyou for the meat hamper which included masses of bacon, beautiful mini cumberland sausage, goose fat for the roasties and my husbands favourite cranberry sauce as well as the turkey crown.
