Ordered headphones from <external link removed> and was guaranteed delivery on the 29th. Waited in all day and in the afternoon I tracked my package on the Yodel website. Claimed that the package had been delivered. This did not happen. Contacted Yodel online, they claimed it had been signed for by '<private data removed>'. I live in a small village and have no idea who this person (if they exist) could be, or why the courier would have left it with someone else without even trying the delivery address first. At least <external link removed> are quick to correct the mistake and have sent out a second pair of headphones via <external link removed>. Yodel are a joke company who will do well to keep hold of clients like <external link removed> with this kind of service.
