The top I got was good quality and there are no signs it is a second or B grade stock, not one of their own brands either. The shoes on the other hand are obvious seconds as the soles are manufactured all over the place making one foot feel as if there is a lump under it while walking.
I only tried them on properly after 2 weeks and phoned them to complain, they gave me a free post address to return them to and they didn't even need the original box which had been recycled.
Some bad products but overall a good service on returns.
The 1 pint mugs they send you are amazing though, wouldn't be without one from now on!
Reviewed a company, had sent them my order information and order ID email, they still deleted my review.
What is the point of a review site that only allows through positive reviews?
REPLY:
I have sent you the information you requested already and yet still the review is unpublished.
ADDITIONAL:
It seems the company I negatively reviewed has made several other accounts and positively reviewed itself and then reported my review as being fake. I have already given the supporting information to show the legitimacy of my review and it has not changed, i don't see why new people can report it and get it taken to review again.

Paypal always has your back when you're buying online, no need to give your details to every website you use, just checkout with PayPal and you're done. Not too bad as a seller either if you're smart and get signatures for deliveries.
Steam keys generated straight after purchase, no problems with payments or anything. Will be using again as they have some good bundles on.
No issues getting the steam key sent through, full working key and not one of those dodgy Russian ones that you have to circumvent the region locking with.
Never had any issues with Steam whatsoever. The summer sale and winter sales are the ones to watch as there's some bargains to be had.
Ordered some items on an online auction site from Zavvi, they took my money and then did nothing. First phone call and they said there was a problem on the system and my order would leave the warehouse that night. Two days later and still no order sent, phoned again and was told it's definitely right now and that it will be shipped out later that night. Ended up having to open a dispute with the online payment company to get my money back. They are cheap yes but flip a coin and that's the chances of getting what you ordered. Will not use again.
Have had to open a payment dispute to try and get my money back as these guys sell Russian steam keys that won't work with normal steam keys. They expect you to break the Steam terms of service by using a VPN to circumvent the region locking of the keys. They operate a no refund policy just look at their terms and conditions and you'll see it clearly there. I wouldn't use them if they were the last company on earth selling games. I urge you to stay away from them.
