Ordered four 30x30 canvas's from Orbit Print just before Christmas, One was of special value as it was for my mum for Christmas, Firstly the simple layout of this amazing website is second to none, simple selective choices make it easy and fast to complete an order, The prices for each of these choices are again second to none. Whilst ordering the first three canvas's, I realized I no longer wanted a photo that I had chosen, I simply emailed them and explained and within 1 hour a reply straight back with great advice, I also had text alerts to explain what was happening, so I was kept up to date with everything which really put my mind at rest. They sorted my problem out so fast and so easy. The image I gave them was not of good quality which they told me before using it which I believe is a very honest and generous thing to do again amazing customer service, Delivery was also brilliant. In all my life I have never used a website which is as reliable, simple, of amazing quality as Orbit Print, the customer service is literally out of this world, I buy everything online and have never came across anything like it! Thank you so much for all my 7 canvas's, everyone has been perfect, will be ordering a lot more shortly!
