The deals here are ok; occasionally good, but by no means unequaled by ordinary shopping sites.
The biggest letdown is the horrendous customer service. There is simply no phone number to call and 3 out of my 5 queries sent to them through their website have been ignored (weeks passed, no response).
A couple of items I've ordered have been of very questionable quality (seconds perhaps?) and have been returned. I've found that you will not get a refund automatically; despite them having signed for receipt of the packages. Achica must just leave items hanging around, gathering dust until you email them to chase the refund. Given that there is no other option other than refund, this is outrageously bad service; Achica obviously want to hang onto other peoples money as long as possible.
