Website needs complete review.

I ordered a back support no information came up reference sizing. hence I got a small of no use to me. Phoned up and was told I needed to put in the size. The website should have told me to select the size not the warehouse deciding to send anything.

I had to re order a real pain in the backside not back.

Go to [link] website it says you have not slected a size?

Thank you for your feedback.

On our website all items where you need to order the item in the size required will offer you the option to enter the correct size. If this is not entered they default to a size small.
Once we have received this item back we shall be happy to refund you for it.
