Ikano sender regninger uden at kunne redegoere for dem!...For at undgaa en forklaring paa en regning plus rykkegebyr bliver der sat spoergsmaalstegn ved om det nu er undertegnede der kontakter dem!...Yderligere bliver der smaekket paa af selveste CHEFEN Mette Petersen!!!

I made an order 15 oct 2012,the items were damaged when arrived..The post office made a return,before I even received the package..
I called look fantastic and was told I had to wait until they received the package,even though they could see on track and trace that the items were returned.
When they received I called them again,this time they wanted me to fill out a form they would send by email..It didnt so I had to call them again.
Finally I received the form and send it back again,I got an email saying:
"Unfortunately once orders have left our warehouse, our courier is responsible for the safe delivery of your order. In order to help resolve your enquiry, I will investigate this particular issue with them directly"
It has almost been 1 month still haven´t heard anything from them!..I wrote 3 mails to them but no answer!
By the way during this period I send them several emails,sometimes response where I had to explain the same things over and over again,so I m pretty sure they dont even read the mails!
So I just called them,and now they said they never received the form!luckely I had an email from them saying the form was received.When I talled her that,she didnt have any excuses anymore and said they would make the refund today..Looking forward to see what happens,having trouble believing them!
Iv´e spend almost more money calling them than purchase amount,but this is just a matter of principals for me.
I´ve bin a costumer for a long time,this is the third time with really bad experience.
Before I missed items,items were not sent at all,and every time it was a hassle!
I will never ever place an order from look fantastic again,seriously the worst service ever seen!
