WOW. Can't get any faster than this!

Santa's slow delivery

I ordered a Pupillary Distance Rule on 17th November in order to test the delivery service prior to placing an order for specs. My order arrived on 27th December.
At the same time I ordered two pairs of specs from a rival company. One pair (single focus) arrived within 10 days and the other pair (graduated lens) arrived within 3 weeks.
Sorry guys - you failed not only the delivery test but also the price test.

Sorry to hear this John, your order was shipped to you on the same day as order, but unfortunately it seems that there was a delay with the Australian postal service.

Can you advise how we "failed the price test"? If you found the same products cheaper, please advise so we can adjust our pricing accordingly - as far as our research goes, we undercut all our UK and Australian competitors by a quite significant amount when you look at the final cost of frame, lenses, coatings and delivery.
