I would not order from here again!

I paid to groupon, then placed an order, my groupon voucher was not taken off at the end, I cancelled my order, I received an email, saying my order had been dispatched, I have not received a delivery, I am hoping it has been cancelled. I will check my bank statement, which I will receive shortly. I placed another order, the groupon voucher worked this time. I ordered three rings, I have received two and a empty box, which should have had the third in.
