The best £8.99 I've ever spent - havng bought a bargain flat screen (to use with mny laptop) from EBay, I took up the offer of the oine year warranty from Square Trade. When the screen gave up the ghost after just 7 months, I rang to put in a claim and was delighted to find I was treated with efficiency and courtesy throughout the whole process. As the screen could not be repaired cost-effectively, I received a full refund of the cost within 15 days of filing the original claim - now that's what I call excellent service! Will be using this company again without doubt.
