New King of Incompetence! (Move over Yodel...)

Where do I start...
Not even including the multiple fock ups Overclockers UK made with my PC order, (ordered on the 8th and still hasn't been received as of today!) these *pirates* then decided to use DPD to deliver my parcel, which I thought at the time would be the only saving grace as the PC was now finally being processed from the warehouse... Things only just got worse!
Set for an Xmas eve delivery slot between 14:58 & 15:58, I waited in *all-day* (despite needing to go out for last minute shopping) along with my folks for the delivery driver as I know couriers like to appear whenever they please & very abruptly too... No sign of the driver.
I was looking out my window when I got an e-mail on my phone saying: "We tried to deliver your order from Overclockers however there was no one available to sign for the order" - BULL....!!
Checked my front door porch to see if there was a calling card left - nope! Just the above e-mail message from Overclockers.

Googled the number for DPD & called to see if I could speak to the driver/customer services only to be told any disputes regarding delivery needs to be taken up with the company you ordered from! >_<
Since then I've been back & forth multiple times contacting Overclockers about the delivery and they're just as useless, lacking urgency or sympathy to get this delivered...
Anyway, 3 more delivery attempts later and I still haven't received it!! Excuses ranging from "trouble getting access to the property" (I live in a non-gated fooking house!), "order is still being held in depot" (for whatever reason they won't say) and I even just saw a DPD van drive past my home today without stopping or even contacting me (They have the correct number)...

I wanted to collect my item from the depot today after finally managing to speak with a DPD advisor but was told a collection from the depot has to be booked in 24 hrs in advance.. So now I'm expecting my 4th delivery attempt for Monday even though I was supposed to get a Saturday delivery between 9am and 1pm today.
I have no problem receiving my parcels/deliveries from anybody else [besides Yodel!], why should these CLOWNS be any different?!
I sympathize with everyone on here who received such shockingly bad service, especially @Stuart Pearce, @Sam Lucas & @Emily Carding for having the exact same scenarios.

This is f****** absurd now and I've had enough. I will be contacting Trading Standards & BBC Watchdog for both Overclockers UK & DPD regarding their abysmal services.
I hope IF whenever I actually get my delivery, I won't have to deal with these hustlers ever again. Boycott for the win!
