Great customer service, packaging needs work

I ordered 4 glasses and they came within a week, so no complaints there. Unfortunately two glasses were broken due to not enough packaging. Gave them a call and they sent out replacements free of charge - these were wrapped straight away and opened at Xmas. One was chipped and with another call, they sent out yet another replacement. I can't fault them for speed of response, but I would implore them to add just a little more packaging! Would highly recommend seller.
