Fantastic servicw!!

This is an amazing service - would highly recommend to anyone.
Can't really fault what they do - they said 5 days to Cyprus and it got there in 2!!

Simply Paving

Good price and prompt delivery

Only reason this is not 5* is that I feel the delivery needs to be more user friendly - my slabs were "dumped" at the roadside, and I had to lug them 100yds through to my property, when we have a perfectly good access for a decent sized lorry, and they could have been dropped in our yard - apparently the driver refused to cross the property threshold.
Don't want to blow this up further, as the product is good, cheap and promptly despatched - just be sure you are able to move them pretty quickly after delivery.

With regard to the delivery, just to confirm, our delivery policy states "Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway, using a tail lift vehicle..."

It is the individual driver's discretion to determine whether it is safe / suitable to access your property, especially when delivering on a large 18 tonne rigid vehicle.

If you were looking to place any subsequent orders with Simply Paving, a 7.5 tonne vehicle may be more suitable for accessing your property.

Lovely products - great service

As the headline says, it's difficult to fault Pro-Cook's products or their service so I would recomend to anyone.
The only reason this isn't a 5* rating is down to one niggling issue. I am sure I am not the only person who makes a purchase with them (in the recent transaction, quite a significant one), only to find that the next day you get an e-mail telling you they have reduced the price.
The fact that they persist with this worries me for their future customer loyalty. I was so incensed, when I saw it this time (and it's not the first time it's happened to me) that I swore I would never deal with them again.
I am a businessman in a competitive industry, so I understand trhat they have to run promotions. How difficult can it be, though, to send an e-mail to people who have purchased that product in the last 30 days offering to refund the difference, or giving them a voucher for same..
My guess is that most people may not even bother to take up the offer, but it would avoid a lot of unhappy customers.
