There were a few problems with the hut.com's proceedures. The first being that I was sent the wrong package. Then when I went online I found that when you go to 'contact us' and then 'email' there is no actual email address to send an email to. I finally found a page where I could contact the hut, I messaged them and they responded. But then I had to package it all up and send it back. However the package I had ordered weeks ago has still not come and as a result had to buy another pair of gloves just so I could give something to my elderly dad for Christmas. I am overall disappointed in the hut.com's conduct. I expect some sort of compensation for my troubles.
