I ordered 2 TVs to be delivered before Xmas one pink one red I paid for special delivery to ensure I received these on time one arrived when it was supposed to but said it was the red one on the paperwork but the box was the pink one! I rang them up and they said the red one was gonna arrive later I waited in all day even though I had paid for morning delivery ... No tv ... No phone call ... No email absolutely no contact ... I rang them the next morning to be told again the red one was on route ... About an hour later another pink tv turned up so I rang again to tell them I was expecting a red one they were so rude their customer service is appalling!!! They said I wud have to pay for another one to b sent out and wud arrange collection of the wrong one and that I MAY get it b4 Xmas but cudnt guarantee it!!! I asked to speak to a manager they left me on hold several times to then come back and say the manager was far to busy and wud def call me bac within 4 hours needless to say I'm still waiting for them to call me back!!! I think this company has very bad service and don't deal with their issues and mistakes correctly I will not buy anything from them ever again!!! I understand mistakes can b made but the way and rude manner it was or shud I say wasn't dealt with is unacceptable!
