Absolute cowboys yeeer haah!
Im sure its busy for all companies over christmas period but Hermes should really have more drivers and staff over christmas times.Ordered from Uniqlo on the 21st of Dec and still no reply, just 'out for delivery' on the tracking system info.when i tried to enquire by phone an automated message from hermes told me that i would have to leave a message with them and they would contact Uniqlo and speak to them then get back to me.Sounds a peculiar way to find out info if you ask me.
As we all know its nice to have our loved ones open thier gifts on Christmas day, not us having to forward them two weeks later at OUR cost.
You got a lot to learn Hermes and I wont be ordering anything from companies that use your service.I hope the chairman of Hermes got all his gifts on time for him and his family.
