I ordered some cuff links to be delivered next day on 14/12/12. They were delivered in an appalling state on 18/12/12. The package actually had a tyre mark on it. I tried to contact your customer services, but got no response. I rang the leeds store, and they said they had the cuff links in and would swap the damaged ones. I made a special trip to the leeds store, only to find that they did not have the cuff links I ordered. After waiting in store for them to contact customer services for 40 minutes. I was told that a further set of cuff links were being sent to me by next day delivery. As of 29/12/12 I am still waiting for them. No one is replying to my emails. I am now £16 out of pocket and extremely disappointed in you service. I will not be shopping at Menkind again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Menkind have just emailed me saying that I have had this item delivered. I have not!! I am extremely disappointed in their service
