Excellent Customer Support

I ordered a cake/cheese dome intended as an Xmas gift, sadly it was found to be broken when it was delivered. On contacting Pro Cook the staff could not have been more helpful and a replacement (intact) arrived within 48 hours of my call to them, I'd recommend Pro Cook without reservation.
