I watched as the driver from Hermes got out his Citroen, walked down my garden, threw my parcel over my garden fence then posted a 'Sorry we missed you card'. He didnt knock to see if we were home, and our Christmas present to our daughter (which was not cheap) was just chucked over the fence. We were absolutely horrified! We contacted John Lewis as we paid to have it delivered and they forwarded our complaint to Hermes on our behalf. After 7 days, and not having heard anything we contacted Hermes ourselves and a month on, still no reply! Absolutely disgusting!!
