Despite being offered a free bouquet as agreed with [Name] to the person and destination I requested, the free flowers have still not arrived.
Then I receive an email from [Name] offering "goodwill" of 5 pounds. I would expect there would be an appropriate trail of emails between customer service representatives so all are in the loop.
The complaint has been lodged with www.asa.org.uk and if not resolved properly I will take the matter further.
You constantly say you do not wish to lose custom? Then fix the bloody problem promptly and stop pissing people about!
Update 3 - Still no reply after another support ticket and reply emails to both customer service people. Time to lodge a second complaint with trade practices after the first with www.asa.gov.uk
