I bought a polo shirt from Jules B, on-line, and the service was very slick, however, I called into the Jesmond tailoring shop on Thursday 27th and the shop service was very, very poor. Long standing staff stood around making small talk wth clients they knew, while I was stood for about 5 minutes with an Eton shirt in my hand wanting to try it on. To say I felt ignored would be an understatement. I have been shopping in Jules B for around 15 years and have had mixed service from staff but this was the worst experience I have had. I was made to feel like I was a bit of a nuisance. I have my own business and I understand how important it is to keep relationships with your clients but this for me was very disappointing.
