I have had the most disgraceful experience with YODEL/HDNL former DHL, i sent to large/heavy item through Parcel2go using Yodel, and like everyone else on here they never turned up with the buyer, I never thought that the size they were and weight that they would go missing, I think its quiet clear there's stealing go on, I mean if there last scanned location was leaving the Stockton depot to go to Gatwick, but never turn up, that should start ringing some bells but no, you ring YODEL and they tell you they wont discuss the matter cause it was booked through Parcel2go, even though its my goods, my details, my everything, they don't want to know, so you go to parcel2go and all they say is that they will email YODEL and wait for a response, well I have contacted both party's, even though YODEL wont tell me anything for 11days straight with nothing, ive had enough, they say i can only claim for £20 even though the items are worth £800, im sick of these company's getting away with this, that's why if anyone that's had or is in this position and has all the relevant details to email me at sueyodel@gmx.co.uk if enough people respond im going to see if there's a case for either company to answer for there disgraceful service
