Friendly helpful salesman - but after sales service leaves a lot to be !

Cannot fault the salesman who was friendly attentive & not in the least pushy. This was in sharp contrast to the salesman at Chorley Fiat Blackpool whose sale pitch bordered on rude. Unfortunately, I was sold a car with a faulty CD player which clearly was not checked before the car left the garage. I returned the car on 3/10/12 & was told this would be replaced within 10 days but would be prioritised given that it was a brand new car. I have contacted the garage numerous times & been told the part is on "back order" . My last call was approx 4 weeks ago - I am still waiting for the promised call back . Although its only a CD player , I paid for a new car & would expect everything to be in full working order. Its now 3 months - I dread to think what will happen with a mechanical failure!!

Thanks for taking the time to give us an honest review of your experience.

I'm sorry that on this occasion there have been a few issues with the service you have received.

There have clearly been a few errors with regards to the updates/communication with yourself.

I have had chance to speak with our Blackpool Hyundai dealership and have been assured that our service manager will contact you this afternoon (03/01/13) to update you on the progress of the part.

Unfortunately, the part required is on back order with Hyundai but nevertheless we should have kept you updated.
