I Won't be using Blackcircles again.

The fitting centre removed my nearly new tyre instead of the one that was below the legal limit.I did not notice at the time: only later when the worn tyre developed a puncture.
When I complained I was told that I had asked for the good tyre to be replaced. I dispute this but as time has past I can't proove otherwise.
Even if this was the case I would hope that a good professional garage would not replace a perfectly good tyre that they themselves had fitted only a few months before without at least mentioning the fact to the customer. The complaints team were polite but ineffectual.I was unimpressed with the entire experience and will not be using Blackcircles again.
