Outstanding customer service!

The website had a superb range of tires at great value prices and a range of local fitters. I had a problem with my computer and ended up paying for the same tires three times, a member of the customer service team rang me and e-mailed me to make sure I had made a mistake then refunded the extra payments without any fuss - I had expected loads of hassle! The tires were fitted locally the following day and I got club card points too! I will be ordering all my tires through this website now as I was completely surprised by how easy it was and how good their customer service was!
