I ordered headphones from amazon which were meant to arrive today with next day delivery ,using Yodel's tracking service I tracked my parcel which had been out for delivery at 09:40. I waited for the headphones to come but at 20:00 I check the tracking service to see that the delivery had not even been attempted and the headphones had been returned to the local service centre, Using the yodel website i was able to reschedule the delivery to monday the 31st , hopefully the headphones will be delivered on monday.Yodel is a laughing stock.
