Easy and Pleasant Everytime...

I have dealt with G4M on 3 occasions. 4 Years ago I bought my very first trombone. It was an own brand Bb/F. I collected the instrument from the shop itself in Yorkshire. Very kind, very friendly people. My trombone broke a few months later - the laquer had faded ridiculously. The instrument was nice other than that. Me and my dad drove down to get it changed after talking to them on the phone. It was easy and the shop staff were very knowledgeable! They changed my product without fuss. I've advanced now and stopped using the instrument years ago but it served me well.

I bought my music stand from them on boxing day this year. I noticed they use HERMES as their courier and you don't have to search far to know they are not rated as a delivery company. For my order however, it took only 3 days (impressive considering it is the christmas limbo peiod) and it arrived perfectly. Happy with every product so far! Will use G4M in the future and definitely recommend to all my friends
