Have had a few vouchers through this company, but one voucher would not be accepted as the code didnt contain numbers (all the previous ones had). When I phoned the company supplying the product, they also thought it was out of date. My mightlydeals voucher stated a 3 month valid for date and clearly stated the expiry date. I contacted mighty deals a number of times and kept getting put in a queue for email response...again loosing more of the time that the voucher was valid for...and each time I recieved responses that showed they were not listening to me, or reading the history sent to me from them regarding all the previous correspondences I had with them. Each one also said that the case was 'now closed' when clearly it wasn't as my voucher should have still been valid, and they would not send me a new code that would work! They kept passing the buck and were not willing to honour the contract, instead insisting that I phone the company whilst not bothering to sort this out with them. Consequently after over one month of their ineffiency my voucher ran out, I did not recieve my good or a refund, and so feel robbed.
I have lost my money and will never purchase from them again, or recommend them to anyone that I know, or even people that I do not know...hence this report.
My voucher was from them, wasnt working and they showed poor customer care, poor communication, poor willingness to fulfill the contract. My purchase was from them and in effect they took my money and gave me no goods...what would you call that? A company is only as good as how it deals with its problems.
After trawling the internet and city shops for a watch, I settled on the Omega Speedmaster automatic chronograph. I looked at previous shop reviews as buying a watch like this is not cheap, but Iconic watches listed a really competitive price, so initially I was wary! I am aware of pitfalls of internet watch shopping as many may not be genuine, but reviews seemed to attest to the genuineness from this shop. I also found that they do have a shop that can be visited. So I decided to take the plunge. I ordered the watch just before Christmas, but Omega stop shipping then, so I had to wait for it to arrive, but received fantastic communication regularly from the shop to inform me where they were up to (always polite and curteous). When the watch arrived, it had been altered to the specifications I requested, came with all the guarantees, and my LUCKY partner was delighted with this birthday present. He has had many positive comments about his new watch. It looks fantastic, keeps excellent time...a real understated show-piece. Very happy I purchased form this shop and happy with the aftercare that they offer. Thank you Iconic Watches!

I phoned the telephone number late one night, not really expecting anyone to be available. A man answered and when I said I wasn't expecting anyone to still be there, he said he was about to go home. I asked if he would like me to call back, but he said that it was no problem...that was what he was here for. He was knowledgable about the product that I wanted to order and helped guide me through registration and ordering whilst on my computer despite having to wait for me to log on to my email. He even checked out how to apply for an offer that Motocaddy were offering on my product, and guided me through how to claim for this. He was altogether very helpful,, despite the lateness of the hour! The delivery stated within a certain length of time, but the product arrived earlier than expected...really appreciated around the Christmas period. Altogether a very helpful company I found.
