I bought a purple coloured laptop on Tuesday, I chose the option for Next Day Delivery, waited at home on Wednesday, nothing! I checked their website to track the order, it said shipped, I thought 'ok they might be late' so I was at home on Thursday again nothing. I called them and they said it wasn't even collected from the supplier!! Shocking! I explained that will fly abroad and this present was for my mum, the customer service adviser told me that I should have an alternative present!!!! Unbelievable! When I called on Friday I told them that I was at home for the last 3 days waiting for the item but at weekend I needed to work, so I asked if I could change the delivery address to come to my work address. It didn't come over the weekend... but it went to our neighbour on Monday?! What happened to changed address??? There has been very poor communication throughout the whole scenario but wait a second it doesn't finished there... we opened the box, and saw a letter apologising that they didn't have the purple coloured laptop so they sent black colour instead!! Why could this have not been mentioned at an earlier stage! Come on.... What is this?
