For a start the day before my delivery was expected I received a voicemail informing me that they could not delivery my order (a bottle of limoncello) before christmas and offered a replacement that was five pounds more expensive however on calling them back I was told that I would have to pay the difference! This was annoying but I accepted it as they informed me that it would still arrive on my original delivery date thus allowing me time to wrap it before giving it to my mum for Christmas. However I was yet again disappointed when I had to wait an extra 4 days for my order to be delivered. It arrived on Christmas Eve so luckily I still had a present to give my mum but thedrinksshop.com caused me much stress and hassle. I would suggest that they change they delivery courier providers as they were incredibly inefficient. In the end wished I had gone to a shop myself and bought the limoncello.
