I bought a few months ago a game (Anno 2070), and now I wanted to play it again. Unfortunately, the download link was no longer valid. I wrote to the support he gave me a new link. That lasted about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it was the link to the addon. I wrote again and after 20 minutes the download link to the correct game, including an apology there.
After installation, unfortunately something did not work properly. It was probably uPlay.
The support offered me to help me via TeamViewer. I sent the log data, and 5 minutes later had the support already logged. 30 minutes later (uninstall, reinstall and update) the problem was solved and the intro of Ann0 2070 was started.
I must say that all this is happening from 23 to 1 clock clock in the morning.
