not satisfide

i bought a bunk bed costed £ 379 in a company called WE ARE BEDS via internet last october .it has been delivered after 10 working days ,but it was the wrong one .after so many phone calls with them .the manager failed to fullfil her promise more than once that the write one will be delivered imediately.but we have to wait until the delivery will be in our area.and the manager compensated me £ 10 only !! how generous .this should cover the cost of the joiner of course who came twice .i will never recomend this company to any one else.
