Didn't even tell me there was a problem!

I ordered a dress, paid extra for next day delivery - on a Wednesday so it would be delivered Thursday. I received an email confirmation of my order but no further details.

At approximately 11pm I received an email saying there's been a problem with my order or they were out of stock and I'd be refunded.... But that was it! No explanation, no chance to order a different item in its place, not great service at all if you ask me- shame really as they've some nice stuff at reasonable prices!

Many thanks for your comments and I am very sorry to hear that this has happened.

After checking your account, it appears that in this occasion we experienced a stock difference due to several customers trying to purchase the same item at once. This has unfortunately caused your order to have failed as we allocate the stock on a first come-first served basis.

This doesn't happen very often, but we do understand how frustrating it may be for you and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

What do you expect for a fiver?!

Sizing a bit off at times, limits on quantities would be good to prevent bulk buyers, 'low' stock indicators would also be good...... Postage is a bit steep and slow but hey ho I guess the cheap stuff makes up for that! At the end of the day, what do you expect for a fiver? Mostly I'm pleasantly surprised but the odd time I'm disappointed.
