I ordered a dress, paid extra for next day delivery - on a Wednesday so it would be delivered Thursday. I received an email confirmation of my order but no further details.
At approximately 11pm I received an email saying there's been a problem with my order or they were out of stock and I'd be refunded.... But that was it! No explanation, no chance to order a different item in its place, not great service at all if you ask me- shame really as they've some nice stuff at reasonable prices!
Sizing a bit off at times, limits on quantities would be good to prevent bulk buyers, 'low' stock indicators would also be good...... Postage is a bit steep and slow but hey ho I guess the cheap stuff makes up for that! At the end of the day, what do you expect for a fiver? Mostly I'm pleasantly surprised but the odd time I'm disappointed.
