I placed a large order, over £100. The 'free delivery' wasn't free on checkout and I had to work out how to change it. Then my discount code kept disappearing and having to be entered again.
Next came an email saying, "we might not be able to deliver before Xmas" which means the advertising on the main site is dishonest.
In fact, all but one of the items arrived within a few days.
Then I got an email advising me that the remaining part of my order had been cancelled! Why? I did not ask for this. Of course I can't reply to the email as nobody reads the responses. I have to phone (at my expense). Or send an email to customer 'services' to get a corporate faceless uncaring response.
After many past purchases, I will NOT be using this company again.
