Only complaint with the company was that when my item arrived the product's security seal had been opened. My initial contact with customer services was good as they agreed the seal should not have been broken, however the returns department (who I was put through to) was quite dismissive of this fact, suggesting that either tomtom or wae+ themselves may have opened the box as part of their qc process?! I could have returned the item to them for another, but with Christmas fast approaching there was no time (item was a gift) so kept it in the end.
Company has subsequently apologised and offered some money off my next purchase, still deciding whether I will use them again or not but they are at least listening to customer feedback (and are contactable on the phone!) which is a good sign.
