Customer service needs improving

I purchased a bathroom suite, what I though was a shower, a shower tray & pivot door. The toilet came out twice with same fault. I received another customers shower screen to which I was told get rid how you please you've not been charged. And returned a shower riser kit at my ow expense which I purchased in good faith believing it was a full shower kit and then struggled to get my refund because the courier service I used does not use tracking references. My overall experience of your customer service team is that there is a lot of extra training to be had. Especially inthe Empathy area and the Sale of Goods Act
