I tried giving no stars but it won't let me - that's all they deserve....they've given me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a pair of touch screen gloves through Groupon on 11th Nov from Roolyn (who have been as dismal in terms of customer service – or lack of it).and received an email back from Roolyn saying that my order was confirmed and they'd e-mail me to get my full address.
It's now 30th December and nothing. I've emailed Roolyn regularly and tried phoning them – number on website discountinued – and been completely ignored !. I’ve taken my complaint to Groupon therefore at least 7-8 times and they've been equally as useless - they've come back to me three times saying they cannot find the order DESPITE me giving them the email from Roolyn with order number and last 4 digits of credit card and when the £5 was taken out of my account. I’m now missing £5 and no gloves.
Groupon have been absolutely hopeless in this matter and now completely ignore me so, if you want to gamble on losing your money then use them. I never will again as their service is just as appalling - and, no, I'm not going to ring you, Groupon, at £1.53 a minute !! You obviously want to avoid customers with complaints which is what you've done with me. So...use KGBdeals, Dealcloud or others but avoid Groupon !!
