1. Bought two experience days for mother and father for Christmas - items were in stock and money was taken. Was told around a week before Christmas that only one could be delivered so was refunded money for other. But this now means only one will be able to go on the experience day and the other was without a present at Christmas. Unacceptable.
2. After placing large order (over £100) because of website promise of delivery before Christmas, but then seeing on online account that some items wouldn't be actually delivered until well after Christmas, rang up to ask for next day delivery. My first phone call took around 40 minutes to get through, my second over an hour. This is ridiculous.
3. Items then didn't arrive for three days, even though next day delivery was promised.
I will never, ever be ordering from this company again and will spread the word of how bad the whole experience was.
