Slow delivery and damaged packaging

Item ordered was absolutely fine due to inner packaging, but out packaging was heavily damaged. Item received day before Christmas so just made it but should have arrived according to The Hut 4 days before! Maybe better communications needed between them and the Post Office who obviously prioritise Amazon products which i received promptly and on days specified!
